I am John Knudsen a 7 yr Alabama Licensed (#0479) home inpspector. I use 20-30 digital color photos in a 19 page computer generated emailed report by 9 a m next day. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker (1992)w/ lock box key.I do not sell houses. But,I understand the buying process. I have built new homes /commercial building.
